①Step out a groove along a short distance with your foot to form a channel. Instead, use mortar to fill the mold bag, or use a filling port above to fill it
②If the mold bag has been cut off, another filling port can be opened at the upper edge of the unfilled part for filling. The filling port should be opened at the hidden place on the side to ensure the overall beauty
3、Sequence of filling and filling concrete The sequence of filling and filling concrete is from bottom to top, row by row and bin by bin (3 filling ports per row ),The filling sequence of each row is as follows: filling one by one from the overlapping side of the mold bags to the other side. Compared with the sequence in which several mold bags are filled alternately in turn, one mold bag is filled continuously at the same time and then the next mold bag is filled, this sequence has the following advantages
1)The difference in the amount of concrete filled in several mold bags is small, and the length shrinkage of the mold bags due to inflation is similar, so that it is convenient to grasp the position of the slope shoulder of the mold bags.
2)Reduces the rising speed of the concrete surface in the mold bag and reduces the pressure borne by the mold bag.
3)First filling the filling mouth at one side of the patchwork seam of the mold bag can avoid the lateral displacement caused by the lateral contraction of the mold bag, thus ensuring the tight patchwork seam. After a row of filling ports is filled, the anchoring rope at the slope shoulder end should be properly relaxed to prevent the mold bag from being too tight due to inflation and contraction, causing difficulty in filling or even breaking the mold bag. After a filling port is filled, the concrete in the filling cloth sleeve is removed, the cloth sleeve is inserted into the filling port and sewn, and then the surface of the mold bag is smooth and beautiful. For the underwater filling port, the cloth sleeve can be simply tied and closed. Generally speaking, the key technology of filling concrete is to make the concrete have good fluidity and workability, and to ensure the continuous filling operation.
4、To prevent blockage accidents
①Concrete gradation and slump should be checked at all times; Prevent excessively coarse aggregate from entering and blocking pipes; Prevent pumping air, causing pipe blockage or air explosion; The filling shall be continuous, and the shutdown time shall generally not exceed 20% min。
②Pumping and filling operators should contact and cooperate closely at any time, and stop the machine in time after filling is in place to prevent bulging or bursting during filling. When a failure occurs, the machine should be shut down in time, the cause should be found and dealt with.
③Check whether the mold bag is securely fixed at any time to prevent the mold bag from slipping down during filling. After filling one piece, move the equipment and carry out the filling construction of the next piece according to the above steps. Special attention should be paid to the connection and tightness between the two pieces.
