二. Installation steps
1、Laying cushion: According to the needs, laying a layer of sand cushion or gravel cushion on the foundation surface can improve the drainage effect and foundation bearing capacity. The cushion should be flat and uniform, and the thickness should meet the design requirements.
2、Laying drainage net mat: Lay the corrugated composite drainage net mat according to the design requirements. During the laying process, it is necessary to keep the net mat flat and tight, and do not produce wrinkles and voids. Use special tools or equipment to assist in laying, and ensure that the net mat fits closely with the foundation.
3、Connection and fixation: If the project requires multiple drainage net pads for splicing, special connecting materials or methods should be used for connection to ensure the continuity of drainage channels. The joints should be treated smoothly and firmly, and no water leakage points should be produced. Also use fixing tools such as clamps and nails to fix the drainage net pad on the foundation to prevent it from shifting or falling off.
4、Backfilling and compaction: After the laying of the drainage net mat is completed, backfilling construction should be carried out in time. The backfill material should be soil or sand with good water permeability, backfilled in layers and compacted to ensure that the backfill quality meets the specification requirements. During the backfilling process, no damage or compression can be caused to the drainage net mat.
三. Matters needing attention
1、Construction environment: Avoid installation construction in rainy and snowy weather to prevent affecting the adhesion and waterproof effect of the drainage net mat.
2、Construction quality: Construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design requirements and relevant specifications to ensure the laying quality and drainage effect of drainage net mats. During the laying process, pay attention to checking the flatness and fixation of the drainage net mat, and find problems and deal with them in time.
3、Safety protection: During the construction process, safety protection measures should be taken to ensure the safety of construction workers. Do not use sharp tools or equipment to cause damage to the drainage net mat.
4、Regular inspection and maintenance: During use, the corrugated composite drainage net mat should be inspected and maintained regularly. If damaged or aged parts are found, repair or replace them in time to maintain its performance and durability. Also clean up the debris and silt in the drainage channel to ensure unimpeded drainage.
