Structural Characteristics
- Concave-convex Structure:It has a unique concave-convex film, forming a closed convex columnar shell. This structure can increase the compressive strength of the drainage board and form drainage channels between the protrusions to allow water to flow quickly.
- Edge Treatment:The edges are usually thermally bonded with butyl rubber strips during processing and production, enhancing the sealing and waterproof properties of the roll to prevent water from infiltrating from the edges.

Production Process
- Raw Material Mixing:Mix the polymer raw materials such as polyethylene (HDPE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with various additives in a certain proportion evenly.
- Extrusion Molding:Heat and extrude the mixed raw materials through an extruder to form a drainage board baseband with a continuous concave-convex shape.
- Cooling and Shaping:The extruded drainage board baseband is cooled and shaped through a cooling water tank or an air-cooling device to fix its shape.
- Edge Treatment and Composite Filter Layer:Treat the edges of the cooled drainage board by thermally bonding butyl rubber strips, and then composite the geotextile filter layer on the top of the drainage board by thermal compounding or gluing.
